quert result is displayed from right to left. how can change it ba

hi,
when i open a table in the sql server managment consule the results are
displayed from right to left.
does anyone know how can i change this and go back to normal?

I assume that this is a problem that appears only in an environment
where text can appear right-to-left, for instance with Hebrew regional
settings. Since I don't use this, it's nothing that I can investigate
myself.
But I must say that I take exception of your recommendation that Elad should
reinstall SQL Server, and implicity that he should stay at SP2 or earlier.
Given that there is a serious security vulnerability exploited by the
Slammer worm, this appears to be very poor advice to me. Surely, there
must be some better way to address this issue?

As you see, I did not mention to stay on SP2. I have just answered his
question " how can i change this and go back to normal?". BTW ,it is
happening when you try to install SP3 on Enterprise Edition, so when you
access the data from your workstation (my is Personal Edition) i have no
problems. Did not try SP4 to fix the issue?

hi all,

currently i have a table:
studentId course score year
6.1 math 9 2007
6.1 french 5 2007
6.1 science 8 2007
6.1 math 6 2006
6.1 french 5 2006
6.1 science 5 2006
6.2 math 4 2007
6.2 french 6 2007

is it possible to have a query that gives this as result:
student year mathscore frenchscore sciencescore
6.1 2007 9 5 8
6.1 2006 6 5 5
6.2 2007 4 6 NULL

use PIVOT operator (if you SQL Server 2005).

Quality of Displayed charts is poor

I create some charts in VS and they look crisp.
Then deploy, but when I view in the bouser(IE7) they look jaggered.
What am I doing wrong.

This is just a thought, but you might want to shrink the chart control
in the report and see if maybe that improves the resolution, etc. Hope
this helps.
